The first residents at Valencia Groves are Ken & Linn & Robert & Caroline who both chose the superb 40 x 20 Boston from Willerby. They both moved in just before Christmas 2009 and are now busy developing their superb plots – both chose extra large plots of over 300 sq meters.

We agree strongly with the position the park has adopted over sub-letting. Non resident owners should be able to offset some of their site fees by letting in their absence. In any case in the unlikely event of any holidaymakers breaking site regulations they can be asked to leave the park with immediate effect.
Valencia Groves will be providing a service for cleaning, linen, meet and greet for owners wishing to sublet.

Alcala de Chivert
itself is a 5 minute or so walk and apart from a wide range of shops & restaurants etc. it has a large open air market every Friday. Other main features of Alcala include a historic castle beautiful church (floodlit at night) and the Sierra D’irta nature reserve. Alcala also offers a 24 hour medical centre.
Peniscola
Situated 15 minutes to the north the Peniscola famous castle is where the film “El Cid” was made. It has superb beaches, good restaurants, lots of trendy bars and a fishing port.
Alcossebre
Only 10 minutes or so from Alcala. Excellent beaches, bars restaurants and a marina.
The Ebro Delta
Just 2 junctions north on the motorway lies the Ebro Delta, world famous for its fishing and its nature reserve. There are said to be over 200 species of birds either resident or migratory in the reserve.
